Who is DashForward built for?
Small businesses that need to connect operational data, standardize reporting, and make business documents easier to use. It is especially relevant when sales, inventory, purchasing, and financial questions require assembling information across systems.
Which systems can I connect?
Cin7 Core has a defined connector catalog covering sales, purchases, products, customers, suppliers, stock movements, and other supported resources. Additional source and file ingestion paths depend on configuration. We confirm the exact datasets, import method, and live connectivity required for your setup before committing to coverage.
Is this a dashboard tool or a managed service?
Both the workspace and its data foundation are part of the platform. DashForward covers connections, models, business definitions, analytics, and documents. The operator application supports onboarding, access, deployment, and service operations, so the conversation starts with your end-to-end requirements.
How does AI use my business information?
Analytics questions use governed metrics. Document questions retrieve permitted evidence and can return citations or abstain when evidence is insufficient. Remote embeddings, document enrichment, and AI answers require configured workspace policies and feature controls. We review provider use and data handling during setup.
Can AI change my data or publish a report on its own?
Supported AI actions prepare typed proposals through permissioned application services. Users review and approve exact changes. The model cannot approve its own proposal. Manual forms and supported assistant actions use the same domain services and review controls.
What is available today, and what is still evolving?
The codebase includes connections, reviewed modeling and metric definitions, dashboards and reports, document retrieval, schedules, and operator tooling, with local acceptance evidence. A local test is not evidence of a live customer deployment. Hosted setup and provider integrations require acceptance for your environment. AI Workflows currently shows configured investigations and history; general workflow authoring and broader assistant coverage remain in progress.
How do pricing and onboarding work?
